Admissions

Now if you decide to join our prestigious University, outlined here below are the necessary steps you need to take in order to secure your admission.

All completed application form must be accompanied by:

A non-refundable application processing fee of RM30 for local students and RM120 or USD30 for international students, in the form of a bank draft made payable to "Universiti Tenaga Nasional Sdn. Bhd.".

      • Four copies of non-returnable passport-size colored photographs of applicant.

      • For local students - attach a certified true copy of Identity Card.

      • For International students - attach three copies each of all marked/stamped passport pages including blank pages.

      • Certified true copies of all relevant result transcripts/ academic certificates. (All transcripts must be certified and translated into English, if original transcripts are not in English /Malay).

      • For PhD and Masters programme by research, please attach your research proposal.

 

All applications for Postgraduate programmes, in addition to the above, require recommendations from two referees (preferably academic referees). 

 

The referee form will be emailed directly to the referees (suggested by the applicant). Please ensure that the referees fill the form and email it back to the college of graduate studies within 7 days.

 

 

METHOD OF PAYMENT:

 

International Application (RM120) – Please contact (FinanceHelpdesk@uniten.edu.my)

 

Local Application (RM30) can be paid through several method as stated below: -

 

      • Bank Islam (M) Bhd. Counter and Bank Islam Online Banking (Bill Presentment). Please write Application Online ID in the Bill Payment Slip and select payment type (processing fees/BMK/Registration Fee etc.)

      • Cash & Credit Card through UNITEN Customer Centre (UCC) - Time: 8.30 am – 4.00 pm Fri: 8.30 am – 12.00 noon, 3.00pm – 4.00pm (Working days only)

      • Online banking – Maybank2u.com.my (Bill Payment – Universiti Tenaga Nasional)
